Take the Lead Merri-bek

This program brings together trained peer educators in Merri-bek to facilitate and support groups of high school students to explore gendered issues and participate in shaping education and community initiatives.

 

Peer educators co-facilitate student-led discussions, helping students use their insights and lived experiences to guide the design of workshops, creative projects, and resources delivered within their schools and the broader community.

 

The workshops are available for female and gender-diverse students from year 10 upwards, that live or study in Merri-bek.

 

Sessions are flexible and can be adapted to align with timetables.
